We aim to deliver playable audio within 1 hour of accepting your generation and deducting the credit. If no verified audio is delivered by then, your generation credit is returned automatically. Recovery runs every 5 minutes: compensation starts at the next check after expiry, not at the exact second. Processing or service outages can delay the return; contact support if it is still missing. An individual candidate may fail after 20 minutes, so all-candidate failure can return the credit earlier. Allow additional time to review lyrics and pronunciation.Read the details

Editing lyric text is free. If all candidates fail, or no verified audio is delivered within 1 hour, your generation credit is returned automatically. Recovery checks run every 5 minutes; compensation starts at the next check after expiry and can take longer during outages. We may make one free recovery attempt for confirmed corrupt audio. Unsupported formats are not automatically regenerated. A playable song with a mispronounced name is not automatically verified or eligible for this technical-failure retry: use the signed-in support button or support tickets with the song ID and intended pronunciation. Any discretionary remake is our own cost, not a promise of a free provider remake. Changing lyrics or style and generating again uses another credit. Credit returns are not cash refunds; see the Refund Policy.Read the details
Use only details and photos you have permission to share. Story details go to lyrics providers, and lyrics go to the music provider. Ordinary cover photos are stored for presentation, not sent to the lyrics or music model. If you choose AI photo covers, your reference photo and cover instructions are sent through ApiMart to Google’s image model. Gift links and media URLs are not confidential; anyone with a gift link can open it.Read the details

You may play the song personally, send it as a personal gift and post it on your own social accounts for personal, non-commercial sharing, including posting the song itself rather than only a link. These existing personal-sharing permissions remain in place and are not retroactively narrowed. They do not establish video synchronization rights or permission for monetized or other commercial uses not expressly covered. Studio retains its commercial-use eligibility and included plan benefits. The licence scope for a commercial project must be confirmed in writing; do not rely on the Studio tier alone for that project. An existing applicable contract takes precedence for the rights it already grants. Purchase does not guarantee copyright ownership or exclusivity.Read the details
