What this service is for
Original songs written as gifts for people you know: partners, family, friends, and people you are remembering.
Not allowed
- Imitating a real singer's voice or presenting a song as performed by a real artist
- Covering, remixing or copying the lyrics of existing songs
- Sexual content, or any content involving minors in a sexual way
- Hateful, harassing or threatening songs, or songs meant to humiliate a real person
- Sharing someone's private information that you do not have the right to share
- Using songs to mislead people about who made them
Your responsibility
You confirm that the story you give us is yours to share, and that you are allowed to use the names and details in it. Songs are generated by AI; please do not present them as performed by a person.
Enforcement
We may refuse to generate, or remove, songs that break these rules, and may close accounts used to break them. Credits used on removed songs are not refunded.
