What buying a song means

You may play the song personally, send it as a personal gift and post it on your own social accounts for personal, non-commercial sharing, including posting the song itself rather than only a link. These existing personal-sharing permissions remain in place and are not retroactively narrowed. They do not establish video synchronization rights or permission for monetized or other commercial uses not expressly covered. Buying credits pays for generation and the features included in your plan. It does not by itself transfer copyright in the generated recording or grant an exclusive, perpetual commercial or video synchronization licence.

You retain whatever rights you hold in your original lyrics, stories and photos. You must have permission to submit other people's material. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection in your jurisdiction; we do not guarantee copyright registration, exclusivity, uniqueness or clearance of third-party rights.

Commercial eligibility is not a complete licence

The Studio commercial-use feature is an account entitlement. It does not establish that every generated track is cleared for every commercial use, that rights survive every subscription change, or that video synchronization, advertising, redistribution or Content ID are included. Studio retains its commercial-use eligibility and included plan benefits. The licence scope for a commercial project must be confirmed in writing; do not rely on the Studio tier alone for that project. An existing applicable contract takes precedence for the rights it already grants.

Ask about a specific use

Sign in and use the site's support button or support tickets. Include the song ID or gift link, your plan when it was created, and whether you plan to use a link, audio file or video. Describe the platform, audience, monetization, client, territory and intended duration.
