One-time song packs
Song packs are a single payment and do not renew automatically. Credit expiry applies even if some credits remain unused.

Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed price each billing period unless cancelled. Monthly credits are issued each month; annual credits are issued together for the year, not monthly. Cancellation stops future renewal; it is not a cash refund.
Manage your membership in account billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current membership period remains active until it ends. Cancellation does not trigger a cash refund or extend credit validity.
Cash refunds and returned credits
A payment is eligible for a full refund only if you request it within 7 days (168 hours) and no credit from that payment has been used. Each payment, including each renewal, is assessed separately. If any credit from that payment has been used, there is no full or partial refund. A refunded membership period ends immediately, and all credits from that payment are removed.
The one-hour delivery guarantee
If all versions fail, automatic credit return starts early. If no verified playable audio is delivered within 1 hour of acceptance and credit deduction, the generation credit is returned automatically. Recovery checks run every 5 minutes; processing or outages can delay the return. This returns a credit, not cash. Playable audio delivered within the hour does not automatically return a credit. Eligible technical recovery is free and limited to one attempt; actively regenerating uses another credit.
